Before purchasing a website, marketing, or automation service, tell us:

• Your business name and website, if available
• The service you are considering and the problem you want to solve
• Your desired outcome and requested timing
• Your current platform or tools and any important constraints
• A contact email and your time zone

We confirm the deliverables, schedule, required access, and any separately approved third-party costs in writing before work begins. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery date. Please use an order number if you have already purchased.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents, or confidential customer data. Account access, when required, is arranged through the platform's invitation or collaborator features.
